Project Seed Coffee is the kind of neighborhood spot that makes mornings better. Bright, welcoming, and compact, the layout mixes community tables where you’ll inevitably trade a smile with regulars and smaller tables perfectly suited for solo work with a laptop and a reliable cup of coffee.
Ube Bun — must-try
A warm, comforting sweet roll that feels like a hug. The bun arrived toasted-warm and pillowy soft; the crumb was tender and perfectly baked. Topped with a lightly sweetened cream-cheese frosting and a scatter of ube sugar crystals, the flavor hit a lovely balance of rich ube starchiness and just enough sweetness. If they ever start selling these by the dozen, sign me up.
Seasonal latte — Spiced Caramel Apple Cider (oat milk)
A smart seasonal addition to the menu. Made with oat milk, this latte has a creamy body that pairs beautifully with bright apple-cider notes and a gentle, warming spice blend. It’s cozy without being cloying — ideal for crisp mornings.
Service was friendly and efficient; the vibe is casual and community-minded. Great spot for grabbing breakfast, settling in to get some work done, or lingering over a second cup. Highly recommend stopping by for the ube bun and a seasonal latte.
