Roaming the sands of Borrego is definitely an adventure and having a knowledgeable guide like was definitely a big plus. Fortunately, our 3am wake up paid off big time in capturing these two stallions battling it out just as the sun broke the horizon.

It's day 2 of 7 of my nature photo challenge initiated by my former son Jake Medina. The pressure to compete with such talented photographers is enormous but the grand prize of $1,000,000.00 is well worth the gas money spent to get these shots. Jet fuel ain't cheap guys! This is another sunset, but from the beautiful island of Lana'i. Game on dudes!
