One of the biggest fears people have about booking a session for their dog is that they can’t be off leash. Not a problem, we’ve got you covered. Your dogs safety is our priority and the reality is many of the dogs we photograph are on lead for their session!

Joy is one of our calendar dogs and she was on lead the entire time and she had a blast! We got some running photos and many fabulous portraits!

They are known as gentle giants, and though they start small, they get there fast! This is the Lucky 7 litter from at three months and then a year later.

They are service dogs in training who are all destined to make a huge difference in someone’s life.

What makes a picture one of my favorites, lots of things!

Sometimes the subject plays a role especially when it’s my dog Willard or one of the amazing service dogs with .

But other things play an equally important role. Like the dog who may have been timid at first and then got comfortable with us and crushed it.

Or location, like the Dalmatian here who we ventured hundreds of steps down to an amazing waterfall in Quebec to photograph. Or the steps of an incredible building in Beacon Hill. Or a sky that just delivers ten fold.

Sometimes it’s just that soulful expression that captures who they are.

Many of you know this adorable face! It’s Angus who is a service dog in training with . NEC has been tested the last few months. Starting with an emergency C section with their Wild Ones litter, the heartbreaking loss of Millie and now emergency life saving surgery for Angus. The NEC family is grateful beyond measure for the outpouring of love and support.
