Sitting at Black Rocks up in Marquette, looking out at this view, I had one of those moments where I just felt overwhelmingly grateful. 🤍
I had just gotten home from vacation, was home for three days, and then packed everything back up to head north to photograph a wedding. Life has been busy. Sometimes a little crazy, but sitting here, I couldn’t stop thinking… I can’t believe this is my life.
I get to travel. I get to create. I get to photograph some of the most important days of people’s lives. I get to do something I genuinely love and call it my job.
And I know I didn’t get here on my own.
God has brought me through so many seasons I didn’t understand while I was in them. There were times I had no idea where the path in front of me was leading, and now I can look back and see His hand in so much of it.
I’m just so incredibly grateful for where He has brought me and for the life I get to live today.
And to every single person who has supported me, encouraged me, shared my work, recommended me, trusted me with their memories, or hired me to photograph a piece of their story, thank you. Truly. You have helped make this life possible for me, and I don’t think I could ever fully put into words how much that means.
Just feeling very, very blessed. 🤍
