Autumn feels a little off this year. Sunny days followed by cloudy skies and rain, and a scarcity of color. Gander at the... pond scum. Pray you’ll never take a single breath for granted. And where one road may end, I wish another soon begins. Thank you for a moment of your time, and enjoy your day..

One would monitor these white birches for weeks awaiting a transition from lush green to a rich gold. It finally occurred, at least mostly (a pinch of greenery remains). This was captured around dusk, with a setting sun toward the back. The soft sunlight accentuated the autumn leaves, white trunks, and the flaxen fauna all around just right. The baby blue skies above were a stunning backdrop for this scene, washed with dreary clouds creating a dreamy sea. Thank you for a bit of your time, and best wishes until we meet again.

Found a moment to review some captures from a recent rainy day venture near Canandaigua Lake. Though a bit rough, this image encapsulates the mixture of heavy rains and cool fall air creating a dense fog that later engulfed the area with a pinch of vibrant colors. Continued capturing this scene throughout, however this particular frame was definitely the clearest view. Always enjoyed photographing in conditions most won’t; times when one may find nature’s most breathtaking expressions. Not recommending one rush out and ruin their equipment, however those with weather seals should at least attempt it. Thank you for a bit of your time, and best wishes until we meet again..

Capture from a morning after a hard frost. Frigid conditions encapsulated much of the surrounding flora, creating a soft painterly scene under the warm morning glow. The vibrant red leaves of a tree, at least those remaining this late in autumn, are what allured this observer. Thank you for a bit of your time, and wishing you the best until we meet again..

At the forest’s edge dawn softly embraces the remaining leaves of this tree; for it autumn’s brilliance will soon cease. The vibrant colors we all know and love will dull and decay. But all is for naught; it’s merely a step toward rejuvenation. Pray you’ll never take a single breath for granted. And where one road may end, I wish another soon begins. Thank you for a bit of your time, and best wishes until we meet again..

Bit of a conundrum here, at least from this observer’s perspective. In this capture the slight slope of brush helps lead your eye towards the early autumn leaves, and the warm glow of dawn gently embraces its beauty. But the whole thing just appears a bit busy to be honest. Possibly that single dark tree on the left throws off the balance, or maybe the front lighting is just too overwhelming. Regardless, they can’t all be gems. But neglecting to try, one may never reach their destination. Thank you for a bit of your time, and best wishes until we meet again..

Visualize the early morning , a pinch of , and a striking mixture of and summer all colliding. From this observers view, that was this scene. One waited patiently in a field of green not far off from civilization, awestruck by the surrounding beauty and anticipating dawns warm glow on the light dew. Took quite the set of this scene, but one should surely see through the entire experience; sunrise, sunset, or anything between. Enrich your soul with the simple hues that animate nature. Thank you for a bit of your time, and best wishes until we meet again..
