How I perform a night time hyperlapse with light trails.

First, I slow my shutter speed down to 2 full seconds, (long exposure stills create light trails)

After setting my waypoints for my flight path, I set my speed to 1.6 MPH.

Once the aircraft begins to travel, I take a total of 300 pictures at an interval of one picture every 4 seconds.

Finally, I arrange the photos in sequence @ 25 frames per second.

What it takes to create a Long Exposure Hyperlapse

Still images taken @ 2 second shutter speed
@ 4 second intervals with ISO @ 100
Stitched 250 images to a playback sequence of 25 individual frames per second.
Stabilized in DaVinci Resolve, and Rendered into a 4K UHD video.
