Greetings!!

May 30, 2026 took me to Greenville, Pa. to take a peek at the former B&LE (Baltimore and Lake Erie) Railroad Maintenance Roundhouse. This particular facility went out of service around 2006 after it was sold to the CN Line.

I love these types of historic structures because of their story, and their appearance. The fact that it still exists is awesome!

I have made a short video of the aerial footage and have attached the still pictures separately since you folks seem to like those better than watching the video's.

Greetings!!

I kinda did a rush job to assemble a thoughtful account of the visit of the Union Pacific Big Boy's visit to Eastern Ohio on their return trip to the West coast on July 12, 2026.

My editing software was not cooperating, but I believe the photographs, video, and subject matter will tell the story.

Great footage from the Big Boy visit through Eastern Ohio.

Huge thanks to the Ashtabula County Antique Engine Club for opening up their venue for observers.

I was able to get ahead of the train and intercept it again in Ashtabula, Ohio, on the transfer, and backing up, to go back to Conneaut, Oh.

Happy July 4, and year 250!

This is an example of some early drone operation, so bear with the choppy camera work and editing.

This is the Avenue of 444 Flags in Hermitage, Pa.

It seems fitting for the moment to share here. Each flag represents an elapsed day of the Iran Hostage event that occurred during the 1980's. It also serves as a "War on Terror" memorial.

For about 40 years, I have been documenting the changes/conditions of a property that became very special to me as a youth. Since obtaining the drone, I have made it a mission to further document those changes through aerial photographs on a yearly basis.

I present to you this year's expedition to this place.

That special place is the property that once housed Conneaut Lake Amusement Park, in Conneaut Lake, Pa.

The property has changed immensely, but the lure of it and the lake has not waned.

It still draws me, as does the great people I have met along the way.

These are only moving pictures, what they say or mean to you is for you to determine.
