✨MAIN PRICING✨
🚨 I require 50% of my session fees at the time of booking and the remainder of the balance is due 12 hours prior to your session. If it is not paid, the session is cancelled and the first 50% is NOT refundable for taking a spot that someone else could’ve booked. If you paid the entire session fee already prior to, and you still don’t show…. You are losing all of that money, and after the second time, I will kindly tell you professionally that I am now cutting off my business connection with you as you have no showed twice and my time is valuable to other clients
♦️ 15 images for $135 ($60 non refundable deposit to hold your date, pay the remaining $75 twelve hours prior to your session. 25 to 30 minutes.)
♦️30 images for $175 ($80 non refundable deposit to hold your date, pay the remaining $95 twelve hours prior to your session. 30 minutes to 1 hour session.)
♦️75 images for $220 ($110 non refundable deposit to hold your date, pay the remaining $110 twelve hours prior to your session. 1 hour and 30 minute session).
✨ SESSIONS WITH SPECIAL PRICING ✨
🌹 WEDDING - $250 for 75 edited images for an hour & a half. $125 non refundable deposit to hold your date, pay the remaining $125 twelve hours prior to your wedding. If it’s an ALL DAY WEDDING EVENT (no time limit on pictures) I charge $900 and you receive 200 edited images (a $450 deposit, pay the remaining $450 twelve hours prior to your wedding).
♦️MODEL CALL / PORTFOLIO SHOOTS - These are free shoots that are given away occasionally for me to do sessions of my choice. These images are for advertising purposes so they WILL be posted on all social media platforms. If the client decides they do not want their images posted - then they must pay for the free session they had. These kinds of sessions benefit both parties - and the main reason I do these is because I want a particular idea in my portfolio.
✨RESCHEDULING INFORMATION✨
♦️If you miss your session date, I reschedule ONE TIME ONLY with a $35 non refundable rescheduling fee. If you miss the next date you rescheduled for, you will have to pay a session completely over.
♦️BAD WEATHER / RAIN Rescheduling - there is no rescheduling fee due to bad weather / rain. I offer you a reschedule for my next closest date available. I do not do a refund.
♦️If you scheduled for the 3rd and need that date changed to the 7th (just an example) you will need to pay a rescheduling fee for changing your date. Rescheduling fees are a non refundable $35 deposit.
♦️IF YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION - You know the date, time, and location in advance and it’s your job to plan accordingly. If I have another session scheduled after yours and you are late - I will leave whenever it is time to go to another session to be on time for them. I will not wait around just because you are late. If you scheduled a 30 minute session and show up 20 minutes late - you will only get a 10 minute session. If you have a session at 1pm, I will message you. If I do not hear back from you 15 minutes into your scheduled session (example 1:15pm) I will leave the location.
✨LOCATION INFORMATION✨
♦️I give location options throughout different cities for sessions. If you have a request for a specific location - I charge a travel fee. I only charge a travel fee if it’s an hour or more drive away.
♦️Wedding Locations in Kansas City, Missouri will not have an extra fee, if I have to travel a certain distance out to the Wedding location - I will charge a travel fee.
✨PAYMENT INFORMATION✨
♦️I take payments only through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.
✨ADDITIONAL PHOTO INFORMATION✨
♦️Rush Payments are a non-refundable $40. If you would like your final images done before the 2 to 3 week turn around time I offer a “Rush Payment” on sessions. Once a rush payment is made your final images will be sent over within 24 hours. This is only for 15 or 30 image sessions.
♦️I only send the final images through Messenger or Dropbox. I do not do prints as I would have to charge more. If you need a print release I am able to type one up for you.
♦️I do not edit extra images. If you have “behind the scenes” photos you or a friend takes pictures on a phone during the session - I do not edit those images. I only edit and send out the final images I take with my camera.
♦️I do not re-edit the final images once they have been sent to you.
♦️After I send all final images over - I delete the images from my computer/camera to make space after 24 hours. If you want to purchase more images from your session - please message me before 24 hours or your images will be deleted forever.
♦️I choose the best images out of your gallery to edit and send as previews / final images - if you’d like to purchase more images after you receive all your images so you can have more shots from the session - that is a option!
♦️IF you end up not liking your images - I do NOT do a refund. You see my photography style before booking and I post sessions I do daily for clients to view my work.
♦️I do NOT send original images, only edited images. I do NOT send final images without a watermark / logo. There’s a few reasons why! I mainly don’t do that because I would like clients to post the final images because they honestly look better than the original. & you are paying a photographer (whose style you like) to come take the photos with their style of photography. The beauty is in the editing process! Plus, I put my logo on every photo because it’s a business.
