I apologize I do not post on here very often. I still can't figure out how to post to Instagram and Facebook at the same time on this account. I kinda have an idea on how to do it so keep your eyes out on this channel! Here's some pictures from this month so far!

I sincerely apologize for this page not being kept up. For awhile I thought my posts from Instagram were also sharing here but I still have not figured that out. Now that the leaves are changing colors bike rides have gotten so pretty but also chilly at night. I am once again. Reaching out to anyone who has been struggling with mental health and or physical health to see if anyone would like to start going on a bike ride once a week. Nothing crazy. Nothing fast. Chill paced calm rides to get out and doing something or trying something new.

If you do not own a bike but would like to participate please let me know and I will see what I can do.
