FAQ’s
When do pictures come back?
An appointment to pick up your finished portraits will be made at the time of your photo session. The pictures usually return in two to three weeks.

Can I purchase other prints?
Prints of each pose are available at the time of your appointment to pick up your purchased photo. Various sizes from 8×10’s to wallets are available to be purchase and taken home at this time. Wall portraits are available to be ordered at this time as well.

What should my family wear?
Please see the individual concept pages for wardrobe guidance

How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are made for each promotion during a two week time period prior to the photo session in your local retailer, appointments must be made with our representative in the store.

How do I change my appointment?
Appointments are changed by visiting your representative in the store. Please remember that our promotions only last on average 2-4 days and appointments can only be scheduled during these days.

How long is my appointment going to take?
Appointments usually range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please budget this into your schedule. Appointments may go very smoothly and last only 30 minutes. Sometimes children may need to warm up and it may take longer.

Is the antique concept for children only?
We cater to children ages 6 months to 12 years. Our wardrobe is suited for those ages but we are usually able to accommodate smaller babies as well as adults. Please ask your photographer before your session to be sure the wardrobe is sufficient for your case.

Where are you going to take the pictures?
Our photographers set up a portable studio either in the host store or a nearby hotel conference room. If you are not sure where your session is, please refer to your coupon. The bottom right hand corner contains the information you need.

HOW IT WORKS

Pratt & Co. Photos provides Wal-Mart & Sam's Club retailers the opportunity to offer their customers affordable and unique portraits.

We offer promotions throughout the country. Our current retailers include Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Army/Air Force Exchange Services, Naval Exchange Services, BJ’s and Safeway stores.

Studio Max’s three step promotions take customers from initial purchase to final
product viewing, ensuring the best quality service and products available.

Our marketers are typically in the local retailer for between 10 and 14 days, less if the schedule fills up faster. At this time you are able to purchase whatever new and exciting portrait product that we are currently offering.

This purchase pre-pays for your promotional portrait and reserves a time for your studio session with our photographers.

Each of our concepts are promoted individually, please be aware that if you see our Vintage Enhanced Sepia promotion this time it could be a different concept next time through. So it’s important to not delay if you see a promotion.

As a traveling portrait company we visit each of our host stores once or twice a
year, so when coming across our display, do not delay set your family up with an
appointment for a fun filled experience that you will remember for a lifetime.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Our professional photographers set up a portable studio in the host store. For vintage photography, customers are assisted with clothing and accessories, then the magic happens when our photographers pose with appropriate props and begin to capture the inspiring moments that follow. We always encourage young and old to just have a good time.

Before you’re finished we will make you an appointment to pick up the pictures and you will be given a complete
price list to review during the two to three weeks before the finished prints arrive.

The photographers will contact customers the day prior to the appointment to answer any questions and to confirm the time for the session.

A variety of poses will be taken, please make the photographer aware of any special requests that you might have.

PHOTO PRESENTATION

The fun and excitement of the photo experience is culminated when customers return to see the finished photos. The photo presentation is at the same location that the portraits were taken. Prints of every pose in various sizes will have been handpicked by your photographer and pre-printed available for you to purchase and take home that day.

Custom orders for our beautiful wall portraits and other special orders are available to be ordered on this day as well.

All of our products are printed on Professional Endura photographic paper. Meant to last generations!
