These two are the real deal. One of the most incredibly impactful things I think all engaged couples should do before their wedding arrives is invest in some sort of premarital counseling.
These two put in the hard work & took the same 8-9 week Preparing for Marriage class hosted by , which is the very same course me & my husband took, and my sister & her husband before us.
Those 8-9 weeks dig so incredibly deep & foster a safe place to have the hard but necessary conversations about marriage .. long before you share the same last name.
And since I’ve experienced first hand the fruitfulness from the seeds that were sown into our marriage from that course, I know Eunice & Michael are truly the real deal & their marriage will be that much stronger for it.
If you are engaged I encourage you to find marriage mentors, go to counseling before you are married (two imperfect people do not make one perfect marriage), go to counseling once in marriage , keep learning each other & keep learning yourself.
Whatever it looks like for you to seek wise counsel, pursue that for your marriage, for your future spouse, for your family. The same way you invest in education to further your career, invest in the things that will grow your marriage.
