There are always some images you like to revisit. Why ? They bring some special memories. This image is just the case. It brings back my first brand collaboration with .official. I have learned and grown so much from these experiences, from shooting a brand's product in different places, seasons, and atmospheres, to always having the brand's message and core values in mind.

There's a moment when you shoot all day on a collab shoot, your brain receives many stimuli, and bam, just like that, it happens: the unplanned shot, the out-of-brief shot, but it's so good that you have to add it. This is the story of this image, captured in a highly creative moment, and this is also what I like about working in a team - several brains working toward the same goal are stronger

Color as language. Collaborating with the wonderfully creative food stylist Nicola Davies .against.the.tagine, built entirely on color theory, layered through two points of view. This is what collaboration gives a brand: a joined vision, a sharper portfolio, and a style built in service of the narrative.

My final shot from my series working with The Washington Post's review of Bazaar Meat by José Andrés!

With this last image, I wanted to bring a still moment of a frozen Caipirinha to life. Through lighting I wanted to evoke the sensory qualities of the drink: its icy texture, refreshing tartness, and coolness with each sip.

In my photography, I enjoy creating images that captivate the viewer's emotions and invite them to use their imagination to think beyond what is within the frame.

What a delight it was to shoot with Chef Ana at Butler’s Orchard!

For this photo series, I wanted to approach Chef Ana through a documentary lens, capturing the connection to her ingredients and her values of quality and freshness. As a photographer, I am especially interested in exploring the story behind the food on our plates. I want to ask important questions like: Who grows our food? And who brings it to the table?

Recently, I have been working on a separate series photographing farmers and have also had the opportunity to meet members of the farm-to-table community through my membership and work with Les Dames d’Escoffier. I’m looking forward to continued collaboration with chefs, restaurants, and food brands that share this appreciation for fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Thank you again, Chef Ana, for your time and for demonstrating to us that a meal is much more than what is on your plate!

This shoot for Apricot & Honey Gourmet is all about quality. French artisan food for luxury hotels and restaurants. I built the shot around the jam, gave it room, and let the light do the work, so you see the quality before you read a word.

For a company that supplies top hotels and Michelin kitchens, keeping it simple isn't a style. It's the standard.
