Back in September of 2025, I was happily humming along as a father, husband and pro photographer. Then my wife and I were presented with the opportunity of a lifetime to purchase The Cheese Corner, a small gourmet cheese shop in our awesome little town of Westerly, RI. We immediately said yes and went to work figuring out how to finance the purchase before the holidays and run the shop. It’s been an incredible 8 months. We have a beautiful shop, amazing cheese loving customers, the best employees in the world and now I have two careers that I never could have dreamed of. Here I am slicing a quarter wheel of Solo di Bruna Parmigiano Reggiano, one of the rarest and most delicious cheeses in the world. We bought an entire wheel because that’s the purpose of our shop: to have the rarest and most delicious cheeses in the world.
