Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Ya know, I don't really post a lot on socials these days. And I certainly don't post about every single artist that makes the news. But I was definitely caught off guard at hearing Oliver Tree passed away yesterday in a helicopter crash in Brazil.

Truth is, I wasn't a big fan of his music. I didn't follow him. But he was funny, creative and always made for an interesting experience photographing his sets. And so when I read the news, I immediately remembered his set at Life Is Beautiful where he came out in a wheel chair, popping wheelies, etc. The truth is, you don't have to be a huge fan of every artist you shoot. But once you've cover a set and recorded those memories, those artists and memories will stay with you for years to come.
