Their wedding in Washington and Baltimore was a beautiful blend of tradition, emotion and family. Several days filled with rituals, color and moments that spoke volumes without words.

What stayed with me most was how present they were with each other. Even with so much happening around them, they always found a quiet pause just for themselves. Those small moments of connection made everything feel real and intentional.

Santorini is a truly magical destination for a wedding or an elopement. I must admit, when I first stepped off the plane, I wasn’t immediately impressed. Jonathan (the groom) later confessed to me that he felt the same way upon arrival. But as we explored the island, its charm slowly began to reveal itself, and soon enough, both of us were completely enchanted by its beauty. What seemed underwhelming at first turned out to be the most captivating place, and Jonathan couldn’t help but fall in love with it, just as I did.

Now, months later, the memory of Santorini only grows fonder, and I can’t wait to return.

The island is full of hidden treasures, all within walking distance of each other, with a perfect climate that makes it an ideal location for an off-season elopement like Hazel and Jonathan’s. Peace, tranquility, and love surrounded us.

And here it is again! Re-uploading my last post, which didn’t look so great after Instagram’s grid adjustment.

Some of you kindly suggested re-framing it, thank you so much for the help! Unfortunately, that option didn’t quite work for me. I’ve always added frames in Photoshop, and even after re-framing, the issue was still noticeable. Oh well, it’s not the end of the world! If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that adapting gives you an edge. And honestly, I love how these posts look in vertical proportion on the grid.

Hola 2025!

2024 has been an extraordinary and challenging year. The year before, I dreamed of visiting and working in Mallorca, Madeira, the Azores, and Greece. My obsession with islands and their stunning natural landscapes is undeniable. Almost as if by a twist of fate, everything aligned perfectly. I also had the privilege of capturing stories in Sicily, Wales, Spain, Tuscany, and Morocco. Each one truly exceptional. Enormously grateful for all of it.

Amid an elopement in Greece and a wedding in Morocco, a devastating storm hit Valencia, and hearts were deeply shaken. What appeared on television barely scratched the surface of reality. The towns south of Valencia resembled scenes from an apocalyptic series. Words fail to capture the feeling of witnessing it in person and seeing the immense suffering of the people affected.

From Santorini, I flew to Athens, then to Bulgaria, and finally to Alicante. With train tracks destroyed, I had to find a way. Borrowing a car, I made it to Valencia, and just two days later, I was in Morocco giving it my all.

Life is as breathtaking as it is relentless. My only hope is that those who count on me understand how fleeting time is and embrace every moment of their love stories. In the mood for 2025, a year with many good things to come and to live.

To everyone who trusted me in 2024, thank you. I’m ready for more stories to tell, emotions to capture, and love to celebrate. Let’s make it unforgettable. ❤️
