Two Faced Resistance: Syncretism, Picong and Mas opens on October 26, 2021 and will run at Perspective Gallery, at Virginia Tech until December 18. If you're in or near the Blacksburg area do come to the opening reception and artist talk on October 29 at the gallery.

Happy Birthday Breonna angel.

Breonna Taylor would have been 27 today, Friday June 5. Instead her loved ones mourn her death as a consequence of police violence. Breonna, an EMT living in Louisville, Kentucky, was murdered when police entered her home where she was asleep with a no-knock warrant. They had the wrong house and the person they were looking for was actually already in police custody. To date no charges have been filed against the officers who committed this heinous crime. No more Black people must die at the hands of police violence. No more Black women and girls must die. We need reform, and Breonna needs justice.
