Worried your kids are going to completely lose it during your session? 😂

First of all…welcome to the club. 😄👋🏼

Your kids do NOT have to sit perfectly, smile on command, or cooperate for an entire hour for us to get beautiful photos.

Honestly, some of my favorite family photos happen in the moments in between the “everybody look at the camera” shots.

We can play. We can walk. We can snuggle. We can let the kids be silly. And yes, we’ll still get those photos where everyone is looking at the camera, too. 😉

Our job isn’t to make your family look like someone else’s family.

It’s to capture YOUR family as they are right now.

So if you’ve been putting off family photos because you’re worried your kids won’t cooperate…don’t let that be the reason.

Homeschooling? Skipping school picture day? I got you! 📸📚
It’s been a while since we’ve done a mini session. I got the idea from a friend after she commented on some photos I did of my own kids.
So for a limited time, I’ll be taking portraits for families who don’t typically get the school photos. The toddlers are welcomed too. 😉

250 years of freedom. 250 years of stories worth remembering. 🇺🇸

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we’re reminded that freedom has always come at a cost.

These flags, these moments of honor, and these quiet acts of remembrance tell the story of men and women who served something greater than themselves. Their courage has helped preserve the freedoms we enjoy today.

As we gather with family this Fourth of July, may we pause to remember those who sacrificed, give thanks for the blessings we often take for granted, and look ahead with hope for the generations to come.

We are grateful to live in a country where we can celebrate our freedoms, love our neighbors, and openly live out our faith. That freedom is a gift worth protecting.
