My first love as a photographer was weddings… and 22 years later, they still have my heart. 🤍

I don’t share nearly enough of them here, mostly because I get completely overwhelmed trying to choose what to post. I pour over hundreds and hundreds of images, wanting to share every little moment, every detail, every emotion… and then I remember social media only lets me choose a limited few.

But this one was far too special not to share.

In May, I traveled to Rochester to photograph the wedding of my beloved nephew, Phil, and his beautiful bride, Grace. Getting to document such an important day for someone I love so dearly was incredibly special.

And somehow, it got even better because my amazingly talented niece, Christa Mae | Wedding & Elopement Photographer, joined me as my second photographer. We work together so seamlessly, and truly are the perfect pair behind the camera. I absolutely adore her and loved getting to share this day with her. 🤍

It was a beautiful weekend filled with family, laughter, happy tears, and so much love — all wrapped in the goodness and mercy of God.
