SAYOHM
known as “Say”, has created hundreds of paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor over the last thirty years. In 2004 she graduated from Webster University with degrees in Art and Religious Studies and 2006 she started her website paintingcosmos. During her award winning career in art & design she has educated and inspired others to tap into their own creative potential. As the owner of Say Art Studios & Galleries she has curated dozens of shows and exhibited over 100 local and regional artists for unique gallery spaces in Pacific Missouri.
Their solo exhibition, “Screaming With My Inside Voice” will open in The Gallery at 119 East Saint Louis Street on Saturday, September 12, 2026. This showing of artwork is a look within one’s own meditative journey, the ins and outs of an artists’ practice and their own very personal creative cleansing.
We are seeking artwork inspired by everything found above the horizon line. Subjects may include skies, weather, birds and other flying creatures, aircraft, treetops, mountains, skylines, celestial bodies, the vastness of space, and more. Both literal and imaginative interpretations of the theme are welcome.
Submissions may include paintings, drawings, sculpture, mixed media, fiber art, printmaking, photography, and other fine art mediums.
