Nichole Hortick Photography Framing the art your memories create. I quite literally fell into Photography. I fell in love with it. The love first started when my best friend had a baby!

In love with the memories that can be captured and saved for a lifetime. Baby Gavin came into this world on February 25, 2009. It was a struggle for both my friend and the baby. After spending 2-3 days in the NICU, Baby Gavin was finally able to go home. I borrowed my dad's Canon Rebel XTI and headed over to their house. While I was at my friend’s house visiting her and Gavin, I decided to try to

take some pictures that were no more than just quick every day snap-shots. Not all of them turned out, but there were a few that, at the time, took my breath away! I say, "At the time" because looking back at them now, I can see a dozen or more "things" that I could've/should've done differently. That is when my love of photography began. A few months after Baby Gavin's pictures, I enrolled in the New York Institute of Photography. I absolutely love it. I love capturing the moments that you live with, and through, every day and making them into a memory that you can hold on to for years. Thanks,

This session was an absolute blast. I was so excited that they were willing to explore the beautiful downtown Chesaning, MI with me. Nevaeh is such a sweet young lady, and I'm so excited to see where the next few years take her.

Yesterday’s rain caused a little bit of panic, but the day turned out so beautiful for Navaeh!! I love that the whole family came out and that they were willing to wander and explore downtown Chesaning with me! It was so beautiful and so was Navaeh!
