Of two things I am completely certain:

1) Twelve hours with Jake & Lydia was not enough. I miss their wedding almost as much as I miss my own. It was a day that will live forever in my heart because it wasn’t just experienced, it was so fully and beautifully lived by them, their families and everyone who attended.
2) “Connie” sounds cuter in England, particularly when a group of tiny kids with adorable accents are screaming at you while you take their photo.

Twenty slides is not nearly enough, there are way too many favorite moments from this day and my heart is so full it feels like it will burst whenever I think about it.

Congrats to Jake & Lydia and their families and friends, thank you for letting me tag along on this adventure with you.

Some weddings are remembered for the flowers, others for the dress or the details. My personal favorite weddings are the ones that are remembered for how they made you feel, and while Ryan and Mallory’s details were gorgeous, it was the two of them that everyone was talking about.

In addition to their epic meet cute (they for real met on a Delta flight), they were the life of the party and the human embodiment of joy. It made sense that yellow featured heavily into the design because like them, the color popped and stood out. The day was an exercise in beautifully controlled chaos. From the uncontainable joy to the wind showing up like an unpaid actor to the champagne soaked dance floor, it was a beautiful day in more ways than one and the kind that stays in your heart long after the last song.

There was no shot list, there was zero pressure to perform. Jake & Lydia took a stroll one Sunday afternoon around Beacon Hill and I followed along with my camera. What happened was magic; photos that feel relaxed, happy and just unmistakably them. So excited for their wedding in England in just two weeks, I can’t wait to see what we create across the pond.

I met Sasha & Yvonne at Yvonne’s sister’s wedding three years ago. It was impossible not to notice them and the sweet way they moved together. I took photos of them (some sneaky candids, some posed) and hoped that one day they’d reach out when they got engaged.

I had the privilege of photographing their wedding last weekend in Vermont in what felt like a beautiful full-circle moment. Unabashedly in love and unfailingly authentic, their day was one of those gift-from-the-wedding-gods kind of days that only comes around once or twice a season. Expansive views always make me think and standing at Hildene, looking out at that insane view of the mountains, I had a deep sense of gratitude for being able to see old friends and document this new chapter of their lives. Here’s to Yvonne & Sasha and the start of their forever.

Sarah & Sean’s wedding day was proof that sometimes your weather app is just a damn liar.

After days of rain predictions they wound up with the most beautiful weather and one of those wedding days that felt effortless, elevated and genuinely fun all at the same time. Everyone was happy, relaxed, fully present and ready for the good time from the second the day started no matter what happened weather wise.

My favorite thing about photographing elopements is that they’re all presence and no performance. When Shannon called to tell me about her and Nick’s plans to elope at , I was all in from the get go. In addition to it being held at one of my favorite venues and the subtle nod to “Gilmore Girls” (one of my favorite TV shows), what stayed with me most was how it felt. Their day was quiet, intentional and effortlessly relaxed. It was real. It was sweet. It was just them.

I’ve held this day close to my heart for a while now, so it feels really special to see it shared in Connecticut Magazine this month.

We love a good mother-daughter moment, especially when it involves a reimagined wedding dress. Tayte changed from the prettiest dress in the room to the coolest; having repurposed her mom’s it was a little edge mixed with a lot of nostalgia which made for the perfect party dress.

This season is about slowing down and paying attention.

It’s taking notice of what’s in front of me. The light, the emotion, the moments that pass way too quickly.

I’m letting things unfold instead of stepping in too soon. I’ve learned that the magic lives in the in-between if you let yourself linger a half second longer.

This season is about creating photos that look like the day actually felt. Photos that are composed but never forced, romantic but never performative.

It’s about delivering galleries you can fall back into.

Somewhere between wedding plans and wedding days, something new began taking shape.More soon, but for now, this.

2025 was a pinch-me, is this real? kind of year — beautiful couples, heartfelt stories, insane venues, gorgeous details and the kind of moments that make wedding weekends feel like magic. Add in old and new vendor friends and a whole lot of love and it’s a year I’ll never forget.

In the midst of it all I’ve been planning my own wedding which has completely shifted how I see and experience these days. More than anything, it’s given me a deep sense of gratitude for every couple who trusts me to photograph something so meaningful; to step into your world, meet your people and witness one of the biggest moments of your life is an honor, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Here’s a little peek at some of my favorite moments from 2025 and cheers to what’s ahead in 2026. 🤍
