Thank you to everyone who sent us emails asking about the new MLS photo watermark requirement’s.

Our photos do not require the watermark to be checked on unless:

1. You order virtual staging
2. Have us digitally enhance the grass. (However this is a very uncommon thing ordered)
3. The fire place does not work and we added a fire.

When it comes to fireplaces, we add fires to all fireplaces unless instructed not to. Please do your best to let us know if I doesn’t work.

👉 Their pantry provides food + essentials to 100+ veterans and their families every single week… but right now, the shelves are nearly empty.
