What a sunset! The clouds really did their job.

I went out to grab some food and decided to take my camera with me since it was getting close to sunset. As soon as I stepped outside and saw those clouds, I thought, This is going to be a good one.

I’m really glad I brought it along. 📷🌅

What an amazing night. I feel so lucky to have been there to witness something like this. Nature is truly crazy, and as a true fan of the Moon, I couldn’t miss it.

I loved watching every stage of the eclipse, from the first shadows appearing to seeing the Moon slowly turn red.

After taking the shots, I’ve been working on the post-processing all night. I barely slept, and I have to go to work now… but honestly, this was so worth it.

Feeling heartbroken for my country, my city, and my people. 🇨🇴💔

It’s devastating to see all the videos and to hear about so many people who have been affected, who have lost loved ones, their homes, and so much more.

I just pray that God helps everyone through these difficult moments, gives strength to those who are suffering, and protects those who need it most. 🙏🏼

But at the same time, my heart is filled with hope seeing how everyone is coming together during these difficult times. Seeing people sharing whatever they have, helping those who need it the most, and showing so much compassion reminds me of what makes us who we are.

Our solidarity. Our humanity. Our willingness to help one another when it matters most. ❤️🇨🇴

My heart is with Colombia, with Cali, and with every person affected by this tragedy.

I pray that we can heal, rebuild, and come back stronger together. ❤️‍🩹🇨🇴

Yesterday I went out looking for farms and found this one just outside Waunakee. I set up my camera in a recently harvested cornfield and waited for the moon to line up perfectly behind the silo.

After a week of unhealthy air, it was refreshing to finally wake up to cleaner air. The morning rewarded us with beautiful colors and a memorable sunrise.
