The other day, I realized something...
After 11 years of sharing love stories, growing families, babies, milestones, and all the moments in between, I've never actually introduced myself.
So... hi! I'm Tara. 👋
By day, I work full time for a local construction company doing payroll and HR. Outside of that, I'm proud to serve on Town Council, as Vice President of the Miles B. Carpenter Folk Art Museum, and as a member of our local Ruritan Club. If you haven't noticed the trend yet, being involved in my community is a big part of who I am.
Life at home is shared with my boyfriend, David, and our cat, Theo. Theo has never had an intelligent thought in his life—he runs entirely on vibes and unwavering confidence. Somehow, it's worked out pretty well for him.
When I'm not photographing sessions or editing galleries, I'm usually dreaming up our next trip. My favorite saying has always been, "Have PTO, Will Travel." If there's an adventure to be had, I'm already planning it. And yes... I'll happily travel somewhere new for your wedding too. (Hint hint. 😉)
