As I sit here enjoying an Easter meal with my family, take for instance a moment where this could my last meal…..but knowing it was.

Take for instance the knowledge you would give your life in a few hours for your friends, your family….for the world.

Take for instance the level of focus needed to smile with the deepest of love as you know this will be the last time your see your family and friends for a time….but you smile none the less because you know you will defeat the enemy.

Regardless of where you are; what you believe; or even how you feel about it as you compare the various flavors of church and flavors of opinion…..there is only one truth.

The truth is….there was a man, with countless witnesses and prophecies he fulfilled to come to us as a sacrifice to pay atonement for all our mistakes, bad decisions, and for those who refuse the man…. A man named JESUS.

Despite it all, he paid the ultimate price, to sacrifice, just to suffice the rights for your to only do one thing, love him as he loved you, and tell his story.

Even if for just once; take a moment to reflect the lost, people you know who may have died, people who were good, but might have been lost to eternity. The pain you feel due to knowing you may never see them again. This is how JESUS feels about you and your heart….your soul. So know this, he is a beacon, a light in the darkness, and a truth above all truths to bring peace to all and a final destination with him.

This EASTER I pray blessings over you all, my friends, my family, and yours and yours again. The blessing of just knowing HIM. A love that paid the ultimate price for you just to know who he is.
