I have no shame in asking for prayers. Esp after everything we have been thru with Sav. Baby and I have been fever on and off last 48 hours but he seems to be doing better than me.

Went today. Tested positive for strep šŸ˜ž took the shot. And the amoxicillin. And a steroid. Of course we fly out in 12 days for Italy. I was told if the left tonsil does not go down in next 48-72 hours I need to go to the ER and have it drained..WHAT!

So Iā€™m putting faith that everything will be healed and fine by the time we take off snd these meds and Jesus do their thing.

Thankful for justin somehow managing it all.

Today you would have been 106. Hard to believe but I honestly thought you would hit 105.

Today we spent it no school, just family time, making memories and laughing. I told Justin the other day if you would still be alive I would have never left Texas. Thank you for letting me feel like I can fly now but you are never far away.

Tonight was proof as I rocked Crawford and he sang ā€œ I love pumpkin, I love squash, I love you, I do by gosh. All by himself for the first time.

I say, rocked and cried and reminded myself you may not be here and Iā€™m sure heaven is amazing but somehow feels like you still have my back.

Love you. Miss you. Canā€™t wait to be home with you again.

Itā€™s getting to close and I havenā€™t made a decision for suitcase/backpack for Italy.

What is your favorite way to travel? Backpack? Roller bag? Remember savvy will have one too and planning on mine being a lot of camera equipment. So trying to think whatā€™s the best way to do allll of this šŸ™‚

The one thing I can count on is prayer. I prayed over her before we even walked in the hospital. I prayed over her before they tested. The first thing her daddy did was come carry her from the car and said ā€œdaddy please pray over meā€.

Thank you all your your texts and comments below. She did test positive again. They are sending it off for a culture. But we have a red flag referral sent to the ENT with the childrenā€™s hospital here. She actually said I will totally do the surgery, im over it and not scared.

Which is like whoa for mama. But we are to leave for Italy in a month and I just donā€™t see how she could go even if they were out this week. I know people say itā€™s 2 week recovery but def not flying my child overseas right after a surgery. If Iā€™m being over the top let me know.

And just keep praying for our girl that peace and healing stay.
