Photography of the Day: Chased in central Kansas last Monday. The area had elevated tornado parameters, but a cold front undercut the storms and pushed everything into a line pretty quickly. Even so, the atmosphere still put on a show.

The day ended with the privilege of photographing this little low precipitation (LP) supercell as it died out after sunset near Sentinel, OK. Enjoy!

After ending last Tuesday’s chase up in SW OK, we decided to hang back and see what a behind the storms view offered, and we were not disappointed.
