We had a great time recently photographing some seriously photogenic pups at our DubC Dog Portraits Pop-Up Portrait event with Exton Post Acute.

There were way too many star subjects to pick a favorite, so I’m leaving that up to you. Which pup gets your vote?

A huge thank you to the Exton Post Acute team for hosting us. The facility was wonderful, clean, welcoming and incredibly accommodating, and the staff could not have been more helpful throughout the event.

We also really appreciated the feedback from their team:

And of course, thank you to all the owners who brought their pups in and trusted us to photograph them. You made the morning a blast… literally, I ended the shoot getting tacked by Bruno the 190lb Mastiff, who is a huge Eagles fan!

Get ready for Early 2027…. we’re in talks for Round Two.. Maybe Bruno will be showcasing a Super Bowl ring!!

This Thursday is the day….

We’re bringing DubC Dog Portraits to Exton Post Acute for a special community pop-up portrait event.

Thursday, August 27, from 10:00
AM-12:00 PM, registered guests are invited to bring their dogs for a portrait session compliments of Exton Post Acute!!

It’s free, registration is required, and hopefully there will be considerably more tail wagging than your average Thursday morning.

Watching the heartbreak and despair of the driver who hit her, the owner wrap her in a blanket and carry her off the road is something I do not want to witness ever again.

Image Reveal:

There are sessions that are fun, and then there are sessions that stay with you. This one with and her two senior besties, Beau and Maggie, is firmly in that second category.

Watching Marikate see their portraits for the first time was everything. That pause. That smile that quickly turned into something deeper. Those are the moments that remind me the impact an image can make on someone, and why I love what I do. These aren’t just snapshots, they’re a way of holding onto something that never feels like we get enough time with.

Marikate, thank you for trusting me to capture you love for them. Truly. It means more than you know.
