I’ve spent a lot of years taking pictures, running a business, trying things that scared me, making mistakes, figuring things out as I went, and saying yes to a few things that I probably could have very easily talked myself out of.

So why not write about it? 🤣

My book is called **GET ON THE DAMN PLANE**, and there’s a very specific reason for that title. Some of you who have followed me for a long time might even know the story. It was one of those moments in my photography career where fear very easily could have won. Thankfully, it didn’t.

The book isn’t about photography, though. It’s about money, mindset, fear, taking chances, and how much can change when you stop waiting until you feel completely ready. I pulled from my own photography experience, so photographers will totally relate to most of the book.

There’s no release date yet because, well... I still have to finish writing the damn thing. 🤣

And before anyone thinks this means I’m trading in my camera for a laptop and disappearing into retirement, not quite yet. You still have time to book a session with me.

I hope everyone had a fabulous Labor Day weekend? I spent the weekend in Kansas City, MO to celebrate my oldest's birthday... a nine hour drive both ways. OY! But now I'm back and excited for the upcoming sessions and creating beautiful portraits. Portraits, bo***ir and maternity... what can I create for you?
