There’s an overwhelming sense of awe and wonder I feel every time I’m standing in a huge landscape and realizing how tiny we are in comparison.

It’s nearly impossible to describe that feeling, but I will forever try to capture it in a photo.

Whether it’s my couples exchanging vows in an incredible landscape, my friends a few steps ahead of me on an amazing hike, or strangers walking off into the sunset.

In every photoshoot, there’s a magic moment that happens.

I can always see it unfold right before my lens.

It’s the moment you completely let go of any nerves and just have fun in your shoot.

You realize that there’s no pressure on you to pose perfectly or be a certain way. It’s just a couple hours of you with your partner, having blast, while I document your love.

And that moment really is magic.

Your shoulders drop a little bit, your smiles get brighter, your laughs get louder. You melt into the prompts and let go of the last of your nerves.

It happens in every single photoshoot, with every single couple.

And that’s when the most beautiful photos come out of your session: the ones that show your emotions, your connection, and all of your personality.

So if you’re a little bit nervous before your first photoshoot, that’s okay! I promise as we’re working together, you’ll feel that magic moment too ❤️‍🔥
