Today on dogs of real estate, I met Linus, a Cockapoo who lives in the most adorable hallmark inspired home. He was the sweetest and even posed for a picture or two.

Hello! It’s me, Nate!

I’m still here shooting in this frigid Arctic tundra we all know as Midwestern Winter.

It was a good January spent with good folks and seeing beautiful homes. Even with the winter market, we still managed to photograph over 40 spaces in January on top of creating a few other fun projects and headshots.

This beautiful home by Citation Homes has such a great and functional layout. I really dig the modern approach with the geometric designs and open concept downstairs. The customized kitchen with double refrigerators would be a dream and also my own personal downfall because I’d never exactly know which fridge to let my weekly bag of lettuce rot away in.

While February is notoriously not my favorite month for weather due to the most extreme conditions I can say we have probably already been made numb to the Arctic nonsense that winter brings here so I guess it’ll have to be a good month. ⛄️

Here’s to your February and all your adventures! Stay warm!

What a year!

I am so grateful for the adventures, the opportunities, the growth, and the over 1000 homes photographed this year.

This year we photographed 3 wedding and officially wrapped up local weddings, went on an epic elopement adventure, and had so many fun times with our family and friends.

I look forward to what 2026 has to offer and for all the future growth to come.

Cheers to you and to all yours!

Love,

Nate

Would you decorate your home with 17 Christmas trees?

Mike and Kim Pinto did this year in their new to them beautiful historic 3 story on South 9th street. And believe me, it was absolutely EVERYTHING. 🎄

After having purchased this beautiful home earlier this year, they wanted to commemorate their first Christmas in their new space by going all-in for Christmas. Guided by Kim’s excellent vision, these two spent months planning, thrifting, and gathering supplies for each of their unique beautiful trees.

They have everything from Christmas traditional to elevated gold tinsel to Fisher-Price toys and even a Wish Tree where their guests can leave a wish on the tree.

They asked me to come and commemorate the space with photo so they can have their first Christmas in trees printed in a beautiful album that will be able to enjoyed all throughout the year.

So the question is, how many trees could you manage in your home?

Merry Christmas to all!

A huge thank you to for connecting me with these two creatives.

For the sake of peace, this is a joke. 😉

But for real, love this job and so grateful for the over 80 realtors+ that I serve.

However, I am off on weekends and holidays. 😉

These two are COOKIN’!

Thanks to Nick for introducing me to some hip new lingo for my last destination elopement of the season. Heather and Nick are now OFFICIALLY married.

What a treat and adventure this was to take them to three very different and beautiful locations across Utah this past week to adventure, explore, and elope.

Words of gratitude aren’t really enough here to share the joy I have in my heart for these two and their trust in me to help lead them through all these moments.

And of course, it couldn’t be done without the best.

Coming home!

Travel is always made sweet by the folks we get to meet and to work with while there. This trip was absolutely no exception in the excellence of spending many hours with new friends documenting their love story.

And it’s made all the sweeter now knowing that they’re living there happily ever after and I’m heading back to mine.

See you soon, Indiana. 😘

All natural.

I’d been dreaming of going to this hot spring since my besties and went here when they first moved to Utah many years ago.

Well, they do say good things come to those who wait. And boy was it good!

Heather and Nick flew all the way in from New Hampshire to meet with me for some western adventures and for a very fun and intimate elopement at the Salt Flats this evening.

And of course because they’re perfect ideal clients (and now friends) they were super game to wake up and leave at 4:30am to drive over two hours south to get to this hot spring in south central Utah.

We experienced twilight, blue hour, golden hour, and finally a full on sun during our time here in these warm and refreshing waters. It couldn’t have been better.

So cheers to Heather and Nick and their willingness to trust a stranger from across the country to capture their love story.
