One year ago today, my parents renewed their wedding vows, and commemorated 37 years of marriage with an intimate ceremony in the green mountains.

24 days later, my mom passed away from the cancer she had been battling for the last 4 years.

It is one of my biggest joys in life that I got to witness this beautiful expression of love, let alone be the one to photograph it. Now we have a day to look back on and celebrate year after year in honor of my parents and their love for one another. Cheers to that.

Throw the party. Say I love you. And please, make sure SOMEONE is documenting it 💜 you never know how often you’ll need to revisit those moments until they’ve passed.
