I finally had a portrait session with my A7RIV! I got this camera right before the pandemic began and sadly I was unable to work with anyone during the pandemic because my wife has a compromised immune system, it was incredibly important for us to quarentine well. However, I recently had a chance to have someone in front of my lens, but this wasn't just another client or model, this was my Mother who I hadn't seen in over 5 years! I honestly can't think of a better way to break in this incredible, specialized camera. Never take your family for granted you guys, you never know what paths life may take and how long you'll be apart for!

Here's a new edit of an old photo. I find myself leaning more into addiomally coloring my work like one of my long time inspirations , still no where near that level but I'm having fun. I highly recommend you guys check out his work if you haven't already!

Throwback to 2017, doing some retouching work for . I love editing other people's photos and find it fulfilling for a multitude of reasons. The biggest being I tend to do things I normally wouldn't with my own work because I'm not as attached to the image and have no preconceived notions of how it should look and I have no pressure to stick to "my style" etc. It also helps me get faster at my editing because I'm on the clock and trying to save the client money while still producing the best results. I remember falling in love with this shot as soon as I opened the raw file and started bringing out the colors of the sunset. Thanks again for being an awesome friend and client Victoria, hope to work together again soon!

So happy to finally have some of my photos back.. My HDDs crashed a while back and I was left without any of my work for a while. It's been a slow re-download of everything but I got enough to create some new work now! I figured I would start with this portrait that asked me for ages ago but I couldn't get to it. I used a new 16 inch Cintique to edit this, it was an interesting experience drawing right on the photo to edit, made shortcuts kinda hard but I think I'll get the hang of it.

Yet another senseless death has happend. I'm so sorry to my black brothers and sisters we lost yet another life senselessly. This is a racism issue just as much as it is a police issue. Better police training could solve 99% of these fu***ng issues. My mom was a cop so I have an insiders view on this s**t. There are good officers out there who mean you well and have a good heart. But f**k these guys who let their racism cost lives and f**k everyone who supports them. This whole "brotherhood" of cops s**t needs to stop when some ignorant f**k murders a man on video. There are people dying senselessly to power hungry cops saying s**t like "this is why you shouldn't use drugs" everyday.
That's no excuse to fu***ng murder a man you ignorant f**ks, THAT'S A PERSON NOT JUST AN ADDICT! I'M HONESTLY NOT SURE WHY THESE COPS HATED THIS MAN AND WANTED TO MURDER HIM MORE! IS THE FACT HE HAS BROWN SKIN OR THE FACT HE'S AN ADDICT? F**K ANYONE WHO THINKS THAT MAN DESRVED TO LOSE HIS LIFE YESTERDAY. F**KING UNFOLLOW AND UNFRIEND ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR THAT BIG OF A RACIST PIECE OF S**T.

Sneak peak at my new presets coming soon. Every single one of these images is an old edit with a new preset on top of it! These will probably going on sale sometime in June for my birthday! I do realize some of these wound up a bit over contrasty, sadly I was editing on Lightroom mobile. I ALMOST access to all my photos on my desktop again! !

PRESETS - You all have been asking for them for YEARS and I'm FINALLY about to deliver. Swipe through the album to see a few of the presets I've made so far! I've been working on a MASSIVE preset collection for you all. I don't want to be like other photographers who give you 10-15 presets slap a $20 price tag on it and call it a day. My preset pack is going to have AT LEAST 20 PRESETS! That's a promise. I want to provide value and variety to my supporters!
