Luke 22:31 ā€œSimon, Simon, Satan has asked to have all of you, to sift you like wheat. But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. So when you have repented and turned to Me again, strengthen and build up your brothers.ā€

Me: Jesus pleaded in prayer for Simon, and He pleads for us in prayer also! We get all ā€œfreaked outā€ about our sin. Sin is not the issue, itā€™s us!! We get all about us in our sin, instead of just repenting, changing, and moving on with the Lord! Although our faith may falter, we will not be destroyed! We need to turn to Jesus!
