Holly Ferencuha Photography Photography Services for Weddings, Engagement Sessions, and so much more! Contact us today! It was a way for me to express my creativity and passion.

I received my first camera at the age of 8, and have been taking pictures since. I took my first photography class in 2003, and fell in love with the fact that a photograph could tell a story. I also loved the fact that I could capture a moment that would otherwise be forgotten. Many portrait studios pose people in a way that can look artificial. I focus on capturing your relationship in a natural setting, and in a unique way that reflects what your relationship is, a love story. My goal is to make your wedding day one of a kind, and to capture the moments (creatively) that you will never forget. My style of photography is slightly traditional, with a twist of photojournalism added to it. I love to take snap shots of people when they are not paying attention to a camera— that is when the real love story is captured.

#7 — Top 20 Favorite Senior Photos

Okay, but THIS is giving Pittsburgh fashion editorial. 💕🌉

The outfit. The curls. The HOT PINK. The yellow bridge. The sunshine. 😍
I absolutely LOVE how all the colors in this image work together — and that Pittsburgh bridge was basically begging to be part of the senior session.
She chose to do her senior session in the ’Burgh because she had been accepted into Pitt — so naturally, we had to celebrate that next chapter with some Pittsburgh personality!

This is exactly why I love senior sessions. It’s not just about taking pretty pictures — it’s about capturing who you are and where you’re headed next. And this one feels like a pretty perfect “Pitt, here I come!” moment.

Flowers, flowers everywhere

Looks like the flowers decided to show up for the senior session too. 🌸

This one was photographed at Round Hill Park, and honestly, I think the flowers deserve a little credit for helping me make this portrait happen. 😂

I LOVE the way the orange flowers surround her and create all that depth in the foreground. It almost feels like she stepped right into a garden fairytale.

And that white dress with the lace detail? 😍

Sometimes the location (and outfit) just gives you EVERYTHING you need.

#9 of My Top 20 Favorite Senior Photos 🎓💚

Some photos just stand the test of time. I call this the classic graduation image — cap, gown, diploma, and a huge smile that says, “Yep… I did it!” 🎓✨

I love the timelessness of this one. Years from now, when she looks back at her senior year, this is the image that will instantly take her right back to this moment.

Graduation: officially accomplished. Future: wide open. 💚

📸 #10 of My Top 20 Favorite Senior Photos

This one just screams personality. 🖤🔥

The outfit, the hair, the nails, the attitude, and then throwing her into a completely colorful, eclectic setting at Randyland… YES. This is exactly why I love senior sessions. Your senior photos should look like you, not like everyone else’s senior photos.

And this girl absolutely brought her own vibe to the session. 😍

🌻 Family Mini Session at Burton Farm 🌻

This session was brought to you by full sunshine, a whole lot of faith, and approximately 45 seconds of cloud cover. 😂☀️

When I say we were working with full sun this morning, I mean FULL. SUN. But you know me… we were going to make it work! 📸 And honestly? I think Burton Farm did its part because look at this gorgeous family surrounded by all those flowers! 🌸💕

And because apparently beautiful family photos AND adorable puppies weren’t enough… we got to play with GOATS too! 🐐😂

A toddler, a puppy, goats, flowers, and bright morning sunshine? Just another perfectly normal photography adventure. 😉

I absolutely love sessions like this—the ones where we get a little messy, a little silly, chase the light, wrangle the kids (goats and human kind lol), and end up with photos that actually feel like your family.

Full sun and all… I’d say Burton Farm showed up for us. 💕📸🌻

I’m sorry I haven’t posted more of my seniors- we lost power due to the storms, and it looks like it won’t be turning back on until SUNDAY at 11pm 😭😭😭😭

This one is ALL about that light. 😍

I mean… LOOK AT THAT GLOW! The sun decided to show up and absolutely understood the assignment.

There’s something about photographing seniors in the woods when the light starts filtering through the trees just right. Add a little golden-hour magic, some gorgeous backlight, and a senior who knows how to work the camera—and I’m sold. 🙌

I love the mood of this one. It feels a little moody, a little dramatic, and completely effortless. And that little bit of light hitting the leaves and outlining him? Chef’s kiss. 👌

Sometimes you don't need a fancy location. You just need good light, a willing senior, and a photographer who is willing to squat in the woods to get the shot. 😂

🎓 How is she old enough to graduate?! 🥹

I’ve known this gorgeous girl since she was a baby — because she happens to be the daughter of one of my very best friends. ❤️

So getting to photograph her senior session is just a little emotional for me. Because in my head, she’s still that little girl I’ve watched grow up… and somehow, I’m now taking her high school senior pictures. 😭🎓

I mean, look at her!! 😍 She has grown into such a beautiful, confident young woman, and I am SO proud of her.

There’s something pretty special about getting to photograph the milestones of people you love — but getting to document her journey from childhood to senior year? That one hits different. 🥹❤️

Congratulations, beautiful girl! Your next chapter is going to be AMAZING, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you! 🎓✨📸

Lucas Turns ONE!

ONE whole year of Lucas! 💙🎉

Somehow this little guy went from being a tiny baby to a full-blown birthday boy in the blink of an eye!

And judging by that smile, I’d say he’s pretty happy about it. 😉 Although, I’m not sure Mom and Dad are quite ready for how quickly that first year flew by!

Happy 1st Birthday, Lucas! 🎈🩵
May your day be filled with cake, cuddles, smiles, and just enough chaos to keep Mom and Dad on their toes!

One year down… a lifetime of adventures to go!
