With the recent partial release of outrageous Wethersfield Text Messages, it is easy to view the written evidence of crude communications and understand the following:

Does the Town plan to take any action on these texts as the Town did regarding the Rivera investigation Rivera in hiring Palermino? The texts reveal criminal conduct, violations of chain of command, conduct unbecoming, insubordination, extortion, defamation, attempt to fabricate evidence (attribution to Rivera for anonymous letter), HIPAA violations, conspiracy (to falsely discipline Rivera), withholding information until Rivera’s arbitration was complete, evidence of intentional destruction of public records, FOIA violations, obsessive, angry conduct on the part of Gonzalez, false allegations of sexual contact between Rivera and Cetran, etc. I am reviewing options with Chief Cetran and Sgt. Rivera to begin clearing their names and professional reputations in as public a manner as they were defamed by Evans, Rell, Gonzalez, and others acting on behalf of or as an agent of the Town.

This sounds bad, reported everybody trapped in both vehicles involving an American ambulance with a PREGNANT female patient on board.
