✨ An Important Announcement from Pennsylvania Real Estate Photography ✨
Last week, we officially closed the doors of Pennsylvania Real Estate Photography.
When I started this business, I was fueled by disappointment that someone might use cell phone photos to market what is often a family's most valuable asset. I saw an opportunity to help make a difference in a niche market. What began as a passion for doing things the right way turned into a journey I never could have imagined.
Over the years, I spent more than 10,000 hours learning, practicing, refining, and mastering my craft. I developed the ability to slip my brain into a creative flow state so fast it wasn't funny. I've had the privilege of photographing everything from the most humble homes to some of the most extraordinary properties imaginable. Ive reached the top of the mountain and touched the clouds!!
Together, we’ve achieved some incredible things:
📸 Captured the work of brilliantly talented designers
📺 Seen our images featured on HGTV and published in magazines
📱 Shared on Zillow Gone Wild and many of other large facebook groups with millions of impressions
📰 Featured on countless marketing pieces and magazine covers
📸 Helped agents hit personal bests and provide for their families
What I'm most proud of, though, isn't where the photos ended up. It's the relationships.
I never marketed this business. Every single client came through word of mouth. Your trust, referrals, and loyalty built this company. You invited me into your homes, your listings, your businesses, and your lives. For that, I am deeply grateful.
This business also gave me something even more valuable: the flexibility to grow and raise our beautiful family. It was there through pregnancies, adoptions, school events, injuries, baseball games, and all the moments that matter most. It taught me lessons about excellence, service, perseverance, and ultimately, what is truly important in life.
While this chapter is ending, the story is not over. We may return someday in a different way, under a different model, or with a new vision. There are a lot of exciting things brewing over here. Big things. Roseanne Martin Photography, LLC still exits in a limited capacity, but for now, however, this is Pennsylvania Real Estate Photography's official goodbye.
Thank you for every referral, every opportunity, every conversation, every challenge, and every memory. It has been an incredible privilege to serve this community. 🤍
