Wedding ceremony music sets the entire tone of your day and matters more than most couples realise. 🎶💍 Here is what you need and when the Prelude plays as guests arrive, the Processional as the wedding party walks down, the Bride's Entrance is the most important song of the entire ceremony, optional music during a unity ceremony, and the Recessional as you walk back down together as a married couple and that one should always be upbeat and celebratory. Always listen to every song fully before deciding, practice timing at rehearsal, and most importantly choose music that actually means something to you. The most memorable ceremony music is always the most personal.

Everything you need to know before your engagement session so you can actually enjoy it. 💍 Clean your ring before you go, it will be in a lot of frames. Choose a location that means something to you both because comfort always shows on camera. Bring two outfits, one formal and one casual, that complement each other without being too matchy. Check the weather, trust your photographer, and if your dog is joining make sure they are clean and the location allows pets. And once the photos are done use them everywhere; save the dates, invitations, your wedding website, and venue decor. Engagement photos are timeless and just as important as your wedding day.

If you have more than 75 guests or a plated meal a seating chart is almost always the better choice, keeps things organised and makes the catering team's job so much easier. If your wedding is smaller and more relaxed letting guests sit wherever they like creates a more casual atmosphere. Think about your guest dynamics too; family tensions and friendships all play a role in where people should sit. And if you go without a seating chart make sure you have extra tables because people will always spread out rather than sit with strangers. 😄

Tom and Mara — a love story that started at a music festival in Atlanta and found its forever at Riverwood Mansion in Nashville. Thomas was in Nashville and Mara was in Johnson City but they clicked instantly and made it work. Mara walked down the aisle in a stunning custom gown by Olia Zavozina, shared the most emotional first look with her father and best friend Skylar, and danced the night away under string lights with everyone they love. Ended with a sparkler exit and memories that will last a lifetime. So honored to have been part of this one.
