Sometimes it's more fun when a photograph is not exactly a photograph and becomes something else...some photographers really dont like that, but, then again, I have never played by the rules. My first grade teachers told me not to color trees red or grass purple...but I loved red trees and purple grass.

Broken Arch in Arches Nat'l Park is a wonderful way to watch the sun come up in early May. Like many worthwhile locations in the park it requires a hike and getting up very early to meet the 6 am day break. Don't let your life go by without seeing the beautiful park.
