If I’ve learned anything from sitting behind the lens all these years, it’s this: time does not slow down. One minute you’re celebrating a tiny milestone, and the next, a whole year has blinked by.

We always promise ourselves we’ll "book that family session soon," but then life gets busy, the calendar fills up, and the years keep moving.

Honestly, that is my absolute favorite thing about The Portrait Club.

I wanted to design a space where keeping up with your family photos isn't a massive, stressful chore you only do once every few years. With the club, it’s completely stress-free. It’s a consistent, easy way to document your favorite people exactly as they are right now—plus, we actually get to have some fun with it! No stiff poses, no pressure, just an afternoon hanging out in the studio creating memories.

I had the absolute joy of capturing Koda recently, and to say she was a star is an understatement! Because she’s in ballet, she brought this effortless grace and poise to every single movement, turning the garden into her own personal stage. You can see that perfect combination of elegance and whimsy beautifully captured !

But beyond the stunning poses, it was her incredible personality that truly stole the show. She brought so much light, fun, and genuine magic to the session, making it an absolute blast to shoot!!
