Y'all! This sneak peak was everything I was wanting!!! (I love experiencing this side of photography) The beautiful misty mountains of Glencoe, low hanging clouds, a little rainy, gorgeous purple Heather blooming and the wind blowing.... perfectly Scotland!

I love being on the client side of photography. It reminds me of what all goes into planning a photo session when you are the one being photographed and makes me appreciate everyone of you who ask me to capture your moments. I was going to choose "normal" outfits, but considering how deeply our family roots are in Scotland I decided to wear my family tartan colors of my 3 Clans (McCollum, Keith & Campbell - all have very similar tartans😉) (John is usually a willing victim for photos, but he wasn't going to wear a kilt 😂)

If I could sum up the past year and a half... this.... this is how you make me feel every time you book a session with me, every late night and early morning I am up editing, every mile I drive to capture memories for you, every moment during a session I get to spend with you and your precious families. I know its a cliché saying, but I am TRULY Thankful, Grateful and Blessed. As my friends the Akins sing, "It's a good tired." It is indeed a privilege to capture all of the big and small moments in your lives... thank you for choosing me time and time again. 🥰

Y'ALL!! I’m not sure who gave these babies permission to be old enough to start school, but I certainly did not! 😭❤️

One of the biggest blessings of being a photographer is getting to capture so many special memories for other families, but there’s just something extra sweet about getting to do it for my own. Watching our grandbabies stand in front of my camera for their back-to-school pictures had this Honey wondering where in the world the time went. I swear we were just rocking these babies!

And then there’s one of our girls with her mama, who has already headed back to her own classroom for another year of teaching. ❤️ I absolutely love that I got to capture a few of the two of them together, too. A teacher mama and her own little girl heading off to school....those are the kind of memories I’m so thankful I get to freeze in time.

I know these silly, sweet girls are ready for this new adventure... I’m just not sure their Honey (or their Mommas and Daddys) is! 😂

Here’s to a brand new school year, lots of learning, lots of laughter, new friends, and sweet memories along the way. Praying the Lord watches over our girls, their teachers, and all the kiddos heading back to school. 🍎✏️📚❤️

Such a FUN FUN FUN Wedding CELEBRATION!! it was Hot 🥵 as mess but the wedding was beautiful and so intimate and the reception was LIT!I 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you so much Jocelyn Coker & Luke Moon for asking me to capture your day! It was an honor!!
