This is a perfect example of amazing vendor communication

This was at Manu and Merlin’s wedding a few weeks ago. I was their video team along with Kinjo for photography, RTM Entertainment for DJ with Jowabbie, MC Alvin, and Our Day Events. All amazing people, fantastic to work with, and we all know each other.
Alvin is an amazing MC, something that he does special is he builds a connection with the couple BEFORE the wedding. Through this communication he learned about a story of flowers that were never delivered on one of the couple’s first dates.
Alvin comes up with a plan to add a special touch before their first dance, and have the flowers that never came on that date to finally get “delivered” to the Bride before their first dance on the dance floor.
Alvin finds me, tells me about his plan, I think it’s awesome and I know the couple will love it. We talk about logistics and coordination. I let the photo and video teams know about the plan. DJ, Day of Coordination, and Content Creation are cued up as well, and now all of us were able to perfectly set up and capture this special moment for the couple without the chaos, and now the couple has a unique memory that will never forget.
