Caitlyn’s dress deserved its own moment. The silhouette, the texture, the way it caught the light… it felt straight out of an editorial while still being completely her.
The last photo in this carousel is one of our favorite parts of any wedding day. Right after the ceremony ends, before anyone really knows where to go, parents and friends step in with hugs and congratulations. It happens at almost every wedding, but most couples don’t really think about it while planning, and that’s okay, it just happens naturally. We’ve been at weddings where once the kiss and aisle walk are done, the momentum shifts straight into organizing group photos and that little in-between window disappears. We make it a point to stay ready for it instead. We don’t interrupt it, because those unscripted seconds are often where the most genuine reactions live.
