Great photography for a short-term rental doesn’t start with choosing the right photographer, camera, or lens.

It starts with establishing a vision for your property and then preparing the property to bring that vision to life.

Don’t get us wrong. A great photographer, professional gear, and an eye for composition all play a part. But if you want a set of stunning images that actually sells the experience you’ve created, preparation is key.

The owners of this property did exactly that. Every detail was meticulously thought out.

In fact, when the day of the photoshoot arrived and the arcade games hadn’t been delivered yet, we pushed the shoot back.
Why? Because it was part of the vision.

Being patient, taking your time, and making sure your property is truly ready will always pay off. A thoughtfully prepared property will show better than one that was rushed to the finish line every single time.
