Hey everyone!!
Just wanted to make a post thanking everyone for your orders! We are both overwhelmed & grateful for the amount of business we’ve received in such a short amount of time! We love seeing how each of you want to customize your tumbler 😊

Just a few quick things:
Please keep in mind these cups are not made in a factory. Denise and I (Cierra) work very hard, and spend A LOT of time making each of these cups by hand. Every once in a while there will be very minor imperfections in these cups.

We do have a turnaround time. We are constantly flooded with orders. Anywhere from 25- 40 at a time. (which we love!) We also have jobs and families. While making cups is a hobby we love to do, it’s not the only thing we have going on. Our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, give or take a week. This turnaround time does not include the amount of time the post office takes to deliver your cup, if you choose shipping. It’s out of our hands at that point!
