As some of you may know I’ve loved vintage FOREVER. I grew up thrifting, going to yard sales and always having a love for old things.

A little over a year ago I joined the amazing collective 🥀Muz & Rose🥀 New + Vintage in Leesburg, VA. Muz & Rose is a sustainable collective of vintage sellers and makers.
I LOVE it here. Not only have I learned SO MUCH about vintage and selling but I feel like I’ve gained a handful of really amazing friends as well.
I’ve been doing photos for Muz for a little over a year now and I’ll admit… I could have shared hundreds that I love from our shoots and time together.

I update my lil section frequently, as do all of the amazing vendors in this space. So, grab your bestie, drive straight to Leesburg and check out with all of the hype is about. This lil boutique is literally one of the best. 💜🥹

This summer, I had the privilege of working with an amazing family owned and operated company Parsonage Handmade Soap which has been making products for almost 30 years. I had so much fun styling and creating with Molly to help showcase their AMAZING brand. The soaps, lotions, candles and sprays that they create are natural and smell delicious. Not only did we have a great time creating together, but they definitely have a client for life after trying their beautiful products.
Branding for small businesses has a special place in my heart.💜 Always one of my favorite kinds of shoots.

My very first lens was a macro lens. I started photography about 17 years ago. I had just quit teaching and had never had a photography class. I picked up my first dslr just to photograph jewelry and new inventory for my little boutique, The Purple Fern. It quickly grew into a passion. I loved working with people and connecting with them on a creative level. That’s one thing that makes my job so special.
17 years later and that sweet lil Nikon macro lens still has a spot in my bag. Forever and ever a macro girlie. 💜
