I’ve spoken about this somewhat recently and don’t necessarily feel like I need to defend my stance. But I’d love to explain why I hope you’ll still consider me for your family sessions.
My official business stance is that I WILL NOT post identifying images of children on my social medias.
With the recent ruling (United States vs. Steven Anderegg) that it is lawful to generate explicit AI images of children for private, in-home possession.
I would be sick thinking I could ever contribute to the harm of any child.
I’ll admit, I don’t know all the ins and outs of AI databases and how they create images. I just know I can’t be part of it. The safety of your children means much more than advertising.
So I hope you’ll schedule me for your family session, even if you don’t see smiling portraits of children on my social media.
