💛 Still smiling after such an inspiring day at Bring Your Soul to Work Day with ALTAR Community! ✨

🎤 It was an honor to lead my Loving the Skin You're In workshop and spend time talking about body confidence, appreciation, and gratitude with such an incredible group of women. 💖

The entire day was filled with meaningful experiences:

🤍 And so many opportunities to meet inspiring women and build new connections.
