The duality of this season feels crushing. The world outside is cruel and polarizing. While in the silence of home, as I grow our sweet family and capture moments like this for Sanya and Michael- I feel moments of joy and can’t help but smile. My heart aches for all the families separated and the lives that were taken too soon from us. I read the news and scroll social and it feels like an insurmountable pressure. This is not the world I want to pass down to my girls. Love thy neighbor, be kind, and lift each other up.
I am taking some time as I prep for baby, chase around my Addy girl, and exist in this wild word. I’ll be back in the summer and can’t wait to capture more beautiful moments for you all. Hang in there, I hope in the chaos you too can find moments of joy - sending love your way 🤍
