✨️ New Name, Who Dis? ✨️
In 2023, I (Bekah, the Mom- usually the funny lady in braids with great dance moves, that will absolutely help herself to your buffet line 🙋♀️) randomly decided to buy and build a photobooth side hustle, approximately one week before a three day event (clearly, I like to live dangerously), and I quickly needed a name, as I was trying to beat the same-day printing cut-off time at Staples (iykyk). The photobooth was intended to be a way for us to infiltrate school events and spy on our kids (oh, and for all of us to, like, spend time together) so I went with a name that meant something to our family- our family brand, the Rockin'7P.
Our little side-hustle has mainly been word-of-mouth and repeat customers, working local events and parties around our very busy schedules... but our kids have gotten older, jobs have changed, hobbies have been discovered and priorities have realigned. I began to realize that if I wanted to keeping photobooth-ing (totally a verb), I would need restructure our hustle from a family operation to more of a Boss Babe & Co. kind of situation...So, with the family's love and support, I made some important changes that will allow me to Razzle Dazzle without necessarily needing all-hands on deck (more on those changes soon!)
And finally to the point:
Part of releasing my family from their indentured servitude to my photo sweatshop, was to come up with a new brand that meant something to me and give the family brand back to be used for another family adventure...
It has been my family's honor to capture your memories as Rockin'7 but I am super excited to connect with you as Glitter Snaps ✨️
You may not see the all the usual suspects as often as before but you will get the same customized photobooth expierence... but with more Sparkle 💫
